It has been so much fun baking with out the high altitude.
I never could make chocolate chip cookies in CO, the center would always go flat and still look uncooked while the edges were crispy.
But here in TX everything has been so yummy, My brownies and cookies are all so tasty they do not last long.
I just made a batch of Reese's peanut butter cup brownies and now these mini-chip chocolate chip cookies.
I am looking forward to the holiday baking already!
